25 lat pulldowns
50 deadlift @ 135 (25,25)
50 pushups (41,9)
50 explosive jumps (35,15)
50 floor wipers-new for me (25,25)
50 clean & presses @ 40 (17,15,18)
25 lat pulldowns
~approximately 21minutes.

CF 300 Challenge: 16 minutes
my weak spots in this are still lat pulldowns instead of pullups and my shoulders in the clean&press’s

10 Minutes of core work
90 min on the eliptical at 75% max HR
then the 300-CF workout (minus) the floor wipers since I already did core work

I was dead after this workout and needing to replace glucose stores. Today I’m gonna do Fran, hop on the treadmill for 30 min and then do Grace
